Access to your Spectora inspection report is provided through the secure link sent to your email. For security reasons, reports are not opened through a public website login.

How to access your report

Your inspection report, agreement, invoice, and inspection details are delivered through a secure Spectora client link. That link is usually sent by email or text after your inspection is scheduled or completed.

Check your email Look for the message containing your secure inspection report link.

Open the secure Spectora link Click the link from your email or text message to access your client portal and report.

Need help? If you lost the email or cannot access your report, contact us and we can resend your secure link.
For your privacy and security, reports are tied to the contact information on file for your inspection.
